Exercise should be kept light and to a minimum for at least 24 hours before the life insurance exam. If you should get sick, always cancel the exam, because minor illness can affect the outcome of the life insurance exam. With these tips, it is possible to have a good life insurance exam and to be able to present yourself as a perfect applicant for the life insurance policy you desire.
